Make a hope tree!

Make your very own tree of hope for your home or class!
  1. Download the cherry blossom colouring sheet.
  2. Cut out blossoms and have each student or family member colour in, paint or decorate one or more blossoms.
  3. Write a word or phrase on the blossom about what brings you hope.
  4. Create a "tree" from construction paper, pipe cleaners, sticks or twigs and attach the blossoms to your tree.
  5. When you feel like you need a hopeful reminder, select one of the cherry blossoms to read out to your family or class.
  6. Take a picture of your hope tree and tag me on social media!

Make a Finnish Star!

This simple version of a Finnish Star (also known as a Carolina Snowflake) can be made using strips of printer paper. I've also made them using reeds. They look beautiful when hung in a window or from the ceiling, especially when there's a collection of them.  I've made mine white, like snow, but these can be any colour.

Remember to take a picture and tag me on social media!
